This website is operated by DWH Industries LLC, doing business as Danny’s Car Rental, a locally owned and operated vehicle rental fleet based in Warren, Michigan.

This site is provided to let you browse our fleet, learn about our services, and get in touch with us. 4. Bookings Are Completed on Turo
This website does not process bookings or payments directly. Every reservation is completed on Turo, a separate, independent booking platform. When you book a vehicle, you are entering into an agreement with Turo and, through Turo, with us as the vehicle host — governed by Turo’s own terms of service, insurance options, and trip policies, not by this document. We encourage you to review Turo’s terms before booking.
5. Vehicle Information & Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep vehicle listings, specifications, and availability information on this site accurate and current, but availability, pricing, and specific vehicle details are ultimately confirmed at the time of booking on Turo, not guaranteed by anything shown here.
6. Website Content & Intellectual Property
The text, layout, graphics, and branding on this site belong to DWH Industries LLC unless otherwise noted, and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use while browsing our services. You may not copy, republish, or reuse site content for commercial purposes without our permission.
7. Third-Party Links & Services
This site links out to third-party services — most importantly Turo — that we do not control and are not responsible for. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we encourage you to review separately.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
